Processing Time

Orders are handmade in small batches - please allow 1-3 business days for us to pick, inspect, and pack your order before it ships. 

Shipping Time

We offer free standard shipping for both domestic and international orders. Once your order ships, delivery typically takes 7-12 business days (U.S. and International) from the shipment date. Transit times may vary slightly for remote addresses or during peak holiday periods. 

Tracking & Notifications

As soon as your order leaves our workshop you'll receive an email with a tracking number and estimated delivery window. Use that tracking link for real-time status updates; if the carrier shows delay, email us and we'll help investigate. 

Customs, Duties & Taxes (International Orders) 

Shipping is free, but international customers are responsible for any customs fees, import duties, or taxes charged by their country. These fees are imposed by local authorities and are not controlled by or payable to Heated Rivalry Blankets. 

 

Lost, Damaged or Delayed Parcels

If your package is lost or arrives damaged, contact us at heatedrivalryblankets@outlook.com with your order number and photos (if damaged). We will open an investigation with the carrier and work with you to find a solution. 

Address Changes & Cancellations 

Please double-check your shipping address at checkout. If you need to change an address, email us immediately - we'll do our best to update the order before it ships, but we cannot change the address once the package is in transit. 

Exceptions & Delays

While we aim to meet the 7-12 day delivery window, occasional carrier delays or customs hold-ups can extend transit times. We'll notify you if we become aware of any significant delay.
